LCDC: Boundary Switch To Help Schools
Item: LCDC: Boundary shift will help schools: Switch will enable urban renewal agency to give Winton, Sorensen funding/Tom Hasslinger, Coeur d'Alene Press
More Info: Two older Coeur d'Alene schools could get much-needed financial aid if the City Council agrees to stretch a Lake City Development Corp. boundary. The proposed modification would be the first tweak to the 729-acre Lake District, which was established in 1997. The district's new boundary would include Sorenson Magnet School for the Fine Arts and Winton Elementary School.
Question: Do you support this expansion of the urban renewal district boundaries?
