Sgt. Christie: Anti-LCDCers Don’t Want Answers
I think Damn Yankee just finally made me understand why when Council people or LCDC Board members do their best to provide answers it is still not enough.."but in the end I will never support LCDC-in principle" That clarifies a lot for me. No need to keep answering the same quetion over and over to individuals who understand the make up of urban renewal. They simply do not agree with the mechanism so therefore any taxing entity that employs the assistance of urban renewal is not to be supported. That explains the attack on the school district for the request to LCDC for assistance with Sorenson. And also the pressure on the college to not associate with LCDC what so ever/Christie Wood.
