TUBOB: Worst Summer Job Ever

The worst summer job I had was picking raspberries. Bar none. My mom got sick of us kids fighting and whining all summer around the house and made us go pick raspberries at some hideous Spokane Valley raspberry farm. I only remember doing it a couple of days and quitting, just flat out refusing to go back. It was hot nasty work, picking those little raspberries, spending all day pushed up against spider infested raspberry canes, which as I recall had thorns, thorns as big as your index finger, and making only a few dollars for picking flat after flat of the horrible things on a hot sunny day much more suited to floating on a raft down at the river/TUBOB. More here.

Question: Which summer job of yesteryear would you describe as simply dreadful?
