Overwhelmingly, HBO's Merry Hucksters believe that Mayor Sandi Bloem, Councilman Mike Kennedy, and other incumbents Woody McEvers and Deanna Goodlander should be sworn in tonight, despite loser Jim Brannon's attempt via lawsuit to overturn the 2009 municipal election results. 99 of 126 respondents -- 79 percent -- said the four incumbents should be installed at the City Council meeting tonight. Only 21 thought they shouldn't be. The new poll question at the top of the lefthand rail asks: "Where should Boise State be ranked in the final college football polls?"
