I'll have to rely on news releases from candidates to let you know when candidates for county offices have filed. Seems the Kootenai County clerk's office isn't posting those filings online this year, as it has in previous years. Dunno why. The clerk's office only plans a summary press release to the media after the filing deadline ends March 9. You'd think we could expect more re: a topic of such intense interest in the county. Oh well, the Secretary of State's Office is on top of things. So I'll be able to bring you the latest filings as they happen. Or soon afterward. Now for today's Wild Card ...
