From his perch high above downtown Coeur d'Alene, Don Sausser spotting the beginning of another basketball season that will last until the snow flies late this fall. Mrs. O & I call it "the never-ending basketball game," featuring young males (usually) throughout the Inland Northwest who play from sunup to sundown and beyond on the outdoor courts at Coeur d'Alene City Park.
