Two people were plucked from Hayden Lake this morning after a float plane they were aboard crashed in the lake. The plane’s pontoons were visible at the scene of the rescue, indicating it’s upside down in the water. A Northern Lakes Fire District rescue boat and two other smaller boats were at the site of the crash. Police scanner reports indicated two people were rescued and are okay/SR.
