Bent Launches Pitchamps BBQ

Bent opened his Bent's Pitchamps BBQ @ 510 E. Best Ave/CdA at 11. Bent told HucksOnline Thursday: "I will be serving pulled pork sandwiches, ribs, rib tips, brisket burnt ends, and chicken ... I will do jo-jos for a side and we will be adding and refining the menu as we begin to develop our supply stream and staff the trailer accordingly... please be patient with us, as this is all new stuff for us and we have a lot of things to figure out on the fly... it should be an adventure though... I am swinging the doors opened at 11 a.m. and I will cook for a 8 p.m. closing, but that's a rough estimate on the closing... I could sell out early... at least I hope I do... so if you have a special order you want me to hold, send me a private message on Facebook (the page is (Bent's Pitchamps BBQ) so I don't miss it... I will have a much better ordering system soon."

Question: Anyone test-drive Bent's BBQ today?
