You Say ‘Pell-Mell’, I Say ‘Pall Mall’

"I think "pell-mell" is kind of a cool word. I can't remember the last time I used it in an editorial. That drought ends ... now" -- opinionator Kevin Richert/Idaho Statesman via Twitter.

DFO: I use "pell-mell" occasionally. Always reminds me of those old Pall Mall cigarettes. Dunno if the cigarettes are still around. Never smoked 'em. Only time I smoked cigarettes was during a brieft time in college, whenever I'd play poker. Thought it made me look cool. It didn't.

Question: Is there a "cool word" that you like to use in conversation or writing?
