Coeur d'Alene School Board Trustee Brent Regan will be the featured speaker at the weekly meeting of the Kootenai County Reagan Republicans today. Regan, who triggered a virtual firestorm with an offensive "joke" about President Barack Obama at a legislative forum Saturday, will speak to noon meeting of the Reagan Republicans at Fedora Pub & Grille, 1726 W. Kathleen Ave., Coeur d'Alene. He will speak about school safety, the upcoming Coeur d'Alene School District maintenance and operation levy, and the latest on the Unified Land Use Code.
