4th Staffer In 5 Months Quits Raul

An industry group that promotes burning brown coal to make energy poached U.S. Rep. Raul Labrador's top staffer, marking the latest employee to exit the second-term lawmaker's office. The Lignite Energy Council named Jason Bohrer, Labrador's chief of staff, as president and chief executive officer. The Bismarck, N.D.-based group says Bohrer replaces John Dwyer, who is retiring after 30-plus years/Betsy Russell, Eye on Boise. More here.

Question: Could it be that Congressman Labrador is privately telling staffers that he's going to run for Idaho governor, giving them time to find other jobs?
