Wild Card/Monday — 6.24.13
Gardening isn't for sissies. I bought & planted 6 flats of annuals over the weekend. And I'm sore this morning. This, despite walking 3 miles most days, lifting weights a coupla times per week and occasionally biking to work. All the stretching and bending that goes along with gardening must work some muscle group that the other two exercises don't. Gardening isn't aerobic. But it is a great way to enjoy sunshine and work some muscles. Now for your first Wild Card of the week ...
