Edit: WSU Shouldn’t Baby-sit Frats

Washington State University officials have some big decisions to make beyond budgets, raises and canceling classes before big games. Students abusing alcohol and their subsequent behavior have been part of the college community long enough. A university task force launched a high-priority search for solutions after the alcohol-related death of a WSU student nearly a year ago. Some of those possible solutions were discussed last Thursday and Friday at the WSU Board of Regents meeting in Pullman, including phasing out fraternities as a housing option for freshmen men, reinstating WSU Police patrols in the residence halls, adding more alcohol-free floors and notifying parents the first time an underage child violates WSU's rules against drinking/Murf Raquet, Moscow-Pullman Daily News. More here.

Question: Do you think it's the job of any university of nurse-maid undergraduates to reduce chances that they might fall out of a fraternity window?
