In Praise Of Hummus

Most of us form our likes/dislikes toward food as youngsters. Liver? I've hated with a passion my whole life. I can't even stand the smell of it cooking. However, I delight in newer tastes, like hummus and pesto, which I acquired as an adult. Then, I've always enjoyed garbanzo beans and spices. How around you?

Question: What is a food taste that you acquired as an adult?
