In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the Lucky Friday Mine has sold custom T-shirts to its employees in its "Are You Man Enough To Wear Pink" campaign. Sis Little, HR assistant for Lucky Friday, said she was diagnosed with breast cancer last year, and through the Silver Valley Cancer Resource Center she was able to make it to and from all her doctor's appointments. Today, Little has beaten cancer and said she wanted to find some way to give back for all the help she received. This inspired her to start the "Are You Man Enough To Wear Pink" campaign at the mine, and challenge U.S. Silver and Gold and the Lucky Friday Cementation division to show their stripes/Erik Fink, Hagadone News Network.
