Searchers Find 16YO Nault’s Body

Update: Lt. Stu Miller of the Kootenai County Sheriff's Office has confirmed for KHQ's Victor Correa that the body of 16YO Coeur d'Alene High athlete Reggie Nault has been found in 124 feet of water, off Arrow Point. At about 9 a.m. today, Nault's  body was found by searchers from the private Side Scan Sonar company of Kuna, which visited Coeur d'Alene to assist in the search. The body is en route to Spokane County for an autopsy.

A group of private searchers for the body of Coeur d'Alene High drowning victim Reggie Nault, 16, has intensified, off Arrow Point. Social media, including a GoFundMe post by Reggie Nault's mother, Brandi, say the body of the Coeur d'Alene athlete has been located. Reportedly the search is focusing on a point 1/3 of the way from Arrow Point to Tony's restaurant. However, Huckleberries Online hasn't been able to officially confirm that the discovery of the body with the Coeur d'Alene Police Department or the Kootenai County Sheriff's Office. The fire boat was summoned to the site shortly after noon and a recovery mission.
