1:57 p.m. Officer reports traffic lights are flashing red in all directions @ Canfield Ave/Govt Way, CdA, and is told by dispatcher that the situation has gone on for three days, through the holiday weekend. The street department is aware of the problem. The officer responds that something should be done because traffic is backing up.
