The city of Coeur d'Alene is considering a tire “booting” program for habitual parking ticket violators, according to Brad Jordan, the Parking Committee's representative on the Ignite CdA board. The minutes of Ignite CdA (from June 17 meeting) reveal that the particulars of the booting program are still being developed. But the program is deemed necessary because some repeat parking violators refuse to pay tickets.
