Weekend Poll: Overwhelmingly, Hucks Nation doesn't believe Gov. Butch Otter was sincere in Coeur d'Alene last week when he said: "We must improve education in Idaho." 100 of 241 respondents (41.49%) said Otter isn't sincere. Another 98 (40.66%) marked "here we go again." Only 38 of 241 (15.77%) said Otter, who has made such statements in the past only to fail to follow through, was sincere. 5 (2.07%) were undecided.
