Raul Labrador, who served as western states chairman for Rand Paul’s GOP presidential campaign, issued a statement tonight on Paul’s withdrawal from the race, saying he’s “disappointed,” but remains “hopeful that we will nominate a strong conservative” as the GOP nominee/Betsy Russell, Eye on Boise.
