Freshman Reps. Mike Kingsley, R-Lewiston, and Bryan Zollinger, R-Idaho Falls, have 80 days of legislative service under their belts. Enough time, they say, to conclude the Idaho House needs yet another ultra-conservative faction within the GOP caucus.
