Northwest Christian back on top of 2B
Kwinn Hanson scored 21 points, including all 17 of Northwest Christian's first-half total and anchored the defense to lead the Crusaders to a 41-32 victory over Napavine for the 2B boys basketball championship Saturday night at the Arena.
The Tigers (23-4), appearing in the first title game, shot less than 30 percent. Reece Stanley and Colton Brown had 10 points apiece for Napavine
It was the seventh state title for Northwest Christian (25-2), which had a four-year reign end last year.
