If you thought the Spokane Chiefs were busy last week, you were right. After a quick trip over the mountains to play their third U.S. Division game of the season (first against Seattle) on Tuesday, the Chiefs picked up a pair of one-goal wins when they hosted the Thunderbirds on Friday and former Chiefs goalie Mac Engel and the Prince George Cougars on Saturday.

The Chiefs are even busier in the week ahead. They'll board their bus tonight (Sunday) for a 700-mile drive to Prince George, British Columbia - where they'll play two more games against the Cougars. On their way back to Spokane, the Chiefs will stop in Everett on Friday to play the Silvertips, and Kennewick on Saturday to take on the Tri-City Americans.

Check back for posts throughout the week.
