Repairs Will Affect Parts Of Interstate 90

State maintenance crews will repair several sections of Interstate 90 beginning Monday if weather permits, the Idaho Transportation Department announced. The repairs are part of an ongoing maintenance effort and are as follows: I-90, Northwest Boulevard to U.S. 95 overpass, eastbound lanes: Crews will remove the top layer of pavement in preparation for a new asphalt surface to be applied.

Woman Accepts Plea Bargain In Abuse Case Campanelli Pleads Guilty To Injury To A Child; Former Boyfriend Already Convicted Of Felony Abuse That Left Child Dead

A woman whose daughter died after being severely abused pleaded guilty Tuesday to a misdemeanor. Eileen Campanelli, 32, of Hayden, pleaded guilty to injury to a child but only after the Kootenai County prosecutor's office agreed to reduce the charge against her from a felony. In accepting the plea, Campanelli admitted only that she put her child in a dangerous situation.

Shoshone County Prosecutor To Become New Magistrate

Shoshone County Prosecutor Dan McGee will be leaving office for a new job next month. But he won't have to go far - he won't even have to leave his building. The First District's Magistrate Commission selected McGee to be the new Shoshone County magistrate judge, replacing the spot left by Judge Neil Walter.
