Samuel Brown reported Monday the $1,460 theft of a handgun, chain saw and binoculars from his home on the 1300 block of Coral Drive.

John Hamaker reported Monday the $2,199 theft of a lap top computer from his car while it was parked at his home on the 1400 block of Sixth Street.

Sarah Wallace, Sandpoint, reported Monday the $2,290 theft of a CD stereo system from her car while it was parked at a home on the 600 block of Indiana Avenue.

Mark Pannell, Rathdrum, reported Monday $3,200 damage to timber on his property on the 3200 block of Lone Mountain Trail.

Richard Kuntsmann, Veradale, Wash., reported Monday $2,000 damage to the convertible top of his car while it was parked across from Tony’s Restaurant at the Silver Beach Loop parking lot.
