Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. FELONIES

Joshua M. Bolen 19, Spokane, failure to appear/non-sufficient funds checks, $5,000 bond.

Jess W. Jones Jr. 43, Missoula, felony driving under the influence, failure to appear/driving under the influence, battery and domestic violence, $14,000 bond, five days in jail.

Gary P. Nolt 48, Sagle, failure to appear/ injury to a child, 111 days in jail, no bond.

Darrell D. Wolff 42, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/forgery, no bond.

MISDEMEANORS

Roxane M. Clairmont 32, Post Falls, contempt for show cause, 10 days in jail, no bond.

John A. Franklin 28, Liberty Lake, contempt/possession of marijuana, $200 bond.

Jackie L. Green 21, Cataldo, contempt/ driving while suspended, $200 bond.

Paul E. Hazelwood Jr. 24, Post Falls, contempt/inattentive driving, driving without privileges, driving under the influence, failure to purchase driver’s license, open container, $3,637 bond.

Most warrants can be taken care of by contacting the Kootenai County courthouse and paying an outstanding fine.
