Culver Service Saturday

A memorial service for San Diego Chargers running back Rodney Culver and his wife, Karen, has been scheduled for Saturday in their hometown of Detroit.

The Culvers were killed in the crash of ValuJet Flight 592 in the Florida Everglades on May 11. Their two young children were with Culver’s mother at their home in suburban Atlanta at the time of the crash.

A June 7 court date has been set for Chicago Bears cornerback Donnell Woolford, who is charged with driving under the influence, Chicago police said.
