Today Compile the grocery list.

Seven days - Polish silver and wash any crystal and china.

Six days - Set out table linens; launder them if necessary.

Five days - Make the cooking schedule.

Four days - Confirm who will be bringing what dish.

Three days - Plan seating arrangements; begin thawing turkey.

Two days - Set the table, including the serving pieces; cover it with another clean tablecloth or plastic sheet.
