Norman’s on-and-off relationship with teacher Butch Harmon ended again in August after a distressing year in which Norman finished second to Nick Faldo in the Masters after leading by six strokes entering the final round. … Edward L. Kuzma, who built an Indianapolis 500 winner and designed race cars for such drivers as Mario Andretti and A.J. Foyt, died Saturday in Tigard, Ore., at age 85.
