Associated Press

Five delegates, including state School Superintendent Anne Fox, have been appointed by Gov. Phil Batt to represent Idaho at the upcoming Presidents’ Summit for America’s Future.

The event, led by former Gen. Colin Powell, is scheduled Sunday through Tuesday in Philadelphia.

Besides Fox, the Idaho delegates announced Thursday are Booker Brown, human resources director for Morrison Knudsen Corp.; Arnold Hernandez, minority counselor at Albertson College of Idaho; Kelly Houston, executive director of the Idaho Commission for National and Community Service; and Bev Montgomery, a University of Idaho Cooperative Extension Programs professor.

In addition, the city of Boise is sending its own delegation, and representatives from Bannock and Latah counties also are expected to attend.
