Man To Be Arraigned In Marijuana Case

Wellpinit resident David E. Richter, 34, is to be arraigned today in Stevens County Superior Court, accused of growing 96 marijuana plants at his home.

Sheriff’s deputies, U.S. Bureau of Indian Affairs police and the Springdale marshal arrested Richter on Wednesday after seizing the plants, drug paraphernalia and firearms.

Richter was being held at the county jail in lieu of $10,000 bail. , DataTimes
