New Dialysis Center Plans Open House

A ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house for the new North Idaho Dialysis Center is scheduled for Sunday.

The new dialysis center is a joint venture of Kootenai Medical Center and Sacred Heart Medical Center. It’s housed in a new building at 2100 Ironwood Court.

Sacred Heart previously had leased space from KMC for its dialysis program in North Idaho but was running out of room. The two hospitals together built the new center.

The open house will be from 2 to 4 p.m., with the ribbon cutting at 2:15 p.m. , DataTimes
