Spokane Valley United Methodist Church was the setting for the Sept. 20 wedding of Keri Whitney and Justin Whittekiend.

The bride is the daughter of Rick Whitney, Spokane, and Marilyn Baxter, Veradale. The bridegroom is the son of E. Jay and Pamela Whittekiend, Veradale.

A reception was at the Ridpath Hotel. The Whittekiends are living in Spokane after a honeymoon in Las Vegas.
