As another summer comes to an all-too-sudden end, the last big barbecue bash of the season deserves a special sauce.

John’s Southern Bar-B-Q Sauce, created by the Rev. John Folmar of Spokane for his former restaurant by that name, delivers lots of flavor: smoky and spicy, with a touch of tartness from vinegar and lemon juice.

It just might help make your Labor Day grilling chores a little less work.
