Fun Franks Good, Quite Frankly

When we spotted Ball Park’s fun franks small cellophane-wrapped wieners that you microwave, bun and all - we knew we had to trot them past The Spokesman-Review’s reader food panel.

And we had the perfect opportunity at a special back-to-school panel session that included several youngsters as guest tasters.

To our surprise, not only did the kids like them (with one notable exception), but most of the adults thought they were pretty decent.

Still, if you put these pups up against the big dogs, we know who we’d bet on.
