This cat was found, fed and finally captured by concerned citizens who felt she was deposited in their nice neighborhood by someone who figured she’d be taken in. Life on the run had left Kit-Kat’s hair so matted that it appeared more like a turtle shell than a calico coat. Closer inspection revealed an early pregnancy, too. Second Chance Pet Rescue had Kit-Kat spayed, groomed and prepared for adoption. Now this slightly shy girl is all spruced up and just needs a place to call home. If you’ve got a spot where she could settle, call Second Chance Pet Rescue at 664-4106 or visit www.petfinder.com.
