It’s a Nano World - Introducing children and their families to the biological wonders and tools of the nano-sized world through 14 fun, interactive exhibits. On display through May 15. Spokane Valley Baseball League - Registration for ages 4-12 runs through April 17. Games are played at Valley schools in June and July. Students play at the schools they attend and there are no tryouts. $80/ages 4-6, $90/ages 7-8, and $110/ages 9-12. (509) 922-0420.

Living History Day - Showing you what real life was like in the past. Tour the historic Campbell House, make your own paper, watch a fencing demonstration and square dancing and participate in numerous make-and-take activities. Community Fun Run - Virtually flat, out-and-back 3-mile course to run or walk. Beginning at the Centennial Trail the course proceeds 1 1/2 miles toward Sullivan Road along the Spokane River and back.
