“Loved and Missed”

Passed away August 21, 2012 on Anderson Island, WA.

She was born November 26, 1922 in Crosby, ND.

Her family moved to the Spokane area in 1935 and she later attended Marycliff High School.

She worked for Boeing from 1958 until 1985 when she retired as a supervisor.

Dorothea enjoyed fishing, traveling and riding in her cherry red convertible.

She was the most comfortable person to be around.

Dorothea leaves a legacy of “Making the best of what you have!”

She is survived by her husband of 25 years, Dennis A. Skailand; two daughters, Pamela Barrette and Patricia Stahlberger; one great-grandson, Anthony Barrette; three brothers, Justin, William and Robert Seipp; two sisters, Evelyn McAdams and Caroline Arnot as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Dorothea was preceded in death by her parents, Alice E. and Henry M. Seipp; her first husband, Frederick “Buddy” Neeley; twelve siblings; her son, Timothy Neeley and her infant daughters, Alice and Judith Neeley.

A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, August 25, 2012 at 12 Noon at the St. Joseph Cemetery Chapel, 17825 E. Trent, Spokane Valley, with burial to follow.
