Tonight’s INCA After Dark set to serve up salmon ceviche
Learn new ways to cook the Pacific Northwest’s most famous fish at INCA After Dark tonight.
On the menu: salmon ceviche with mango, lime and cilantro; steamed salmon en papillote with olives, tomatoes and capers; and Korean salmon meatballs with kimchi mayo.
Instructor Curtis Smith teaches the Sensational Salmon class from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Building 1, Room 144, Spokane Community College, 1810 N. Greene St.

Jane Joseph, an eating counselor and health and wellness coach, is offering a free, introductory workshop to an upcoming eight-week class.
The series uses the book “Eat What You Love, Love What You Eat” by Michelle May, a recovering yo-yo dieter and creator of the “Am I Hungry?” eating program.
The free “How to Break Your Eat-Repent Cycle” runs from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. today at the Ben Burr Building, 5915 S. Regal St.
The eight-week series begins Oct. 20 and discusses emotional eating, binge eating, nutrition and simple recipes, among other topics. It costs $250.
