Wine Dinner
The Bistro on Spruce is hosting a wine dinner Thursday night.
The focus is not-so-mainstream wines paired with cuisine from the regions where the wine is made.
The event includes a short presentation on each pairing. Countries include Germany, Spain, Italy, South Africa, Portugal and France (by way of Oregon).
