Anthony’s is hiring
Anthony’s is hiring for its new Coeur d’Alene location.
Open interviews are being held at the restaurant through April 30. They’re taking place 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays and Saturdays for all front and back-of-house positions as well as a wine steward.
The restaurant is slated to open in June. It’s the first Idaho location for the Kirkland, Washington-based, family-owned regional chain of seafood restaurants.
The 6,125-square-foot restaurant will seat 150 people indoors. A 4,200-square-foot, partially-covered patio overlooking Riverstone Pond is also planned.
The layout includes an open kitchen and cast-concrete fireplace. Lunch and dinner will be served. The restaurant will employ about 80 people.
