a resident of Spokane, Washington, passed away on Tuesday, March 8, 2016.

Mary is the dear mother and mother-in-law of Ricky Soelter and Sharon Larsen of Spokane and Pastors Vickie and Jerry Atchison of Omak, Washington.

Her sister, Ethel Hooper, resides in Jacksonville, Arkansas.

She enjoyed six grand- children and sixteen great-grandchildren.

Her husband, Newell Dale Soelter, passed away in September of 2004.

Born in 1932 at Las Palomas, Sierra County, New Mexico, Mary and Newell and their family resided in Spokane for many years.

Being a devoted Christian of the Assemblies of God Church, she is a member of Glad Tidings Assembly of God Church and was very actively involved in the church’s outreach programs.

Funeral Services honoring Mrs. Soelter will be in Spokane on Saturday, March 19, 2016, at 11:00 A.M. at the Glad Tidings Assembly of God Church located at East 4224- 4th Avenue with Pastor Chuck Trimborn officiating.

Interment will follow at the Woodland Cemetery in Deep Park, Washington.
