UPDATE THURSDAY 1/19
– Waddell’s Brewpub has tapped a barrel-aged Imperial Alligator Oatmeal Stout, blended from beer aged Dry Fly bourbon and wheat whiskey barrels and finished with cocoa nibs and French oak staves.
UPDATE WEDNESDAY 1/18
– Badass Backyard today releases a big Powder Run IPA (8.2 percent alcohol by volume, 99 International Bitterness Units).

– Iron Goat has tapped a subtly spicy small-batch Goatmeal Stout with guajillo and pasilla chili peppers.
– A Ginger/Blueberry IPA will be this week’s Wednesday small-batch release at Daft Badger.

MONDAY
– Iron Goat kicks off its weekly Game Night Slider Night ; play their games or bring your own, and get two sliders and a side for $6.
WEDNESDAY
– Northern Ales in Kettle Falls introduces a pair of new beers: Eocmis pale ale (5.7 percent alcohol by volume, 55 International Bitterness Units) and Moon Ring oatmeal stout (4.3, 27).
– The Palouse-Two Rivers chapter of Beer Choir meets for sipping and singing from 7 to 8 p.m. at Riverport Brewing in Clarkston.
THURSDAY
– Big Barn hosts a Taco and Thirsty Thursday potluck , with $3 pints; tortillas/refried beans/cheese provided, bring your own other fillings.
SATURDAY
– Daft Badger’s second anniversary party from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. includes a special double IPA, bottled beer discounts, a winter merchandise clearance, live music by Kosh from 4 to 7 and a fire pit and heaters on the patio, plus free hot chocolate for kids (park at Lake City Plaza, 3rd and Spruce).
– Chewelah’s Quartzite Brewing celebrates its first anniversary from 4 to 8 with $3.50 pints, live music and tacos from the KISS Gourmet truck; admission is $5 (includes souvenir glass).
