Key moment

Gonzaga reclaimed the lead early in the second half with an 11-0 spurt. Johnathan Williams had a dunk and an inside basket and Silas Melson added five more points as the Zags moved in front 49-40. They led the rest of the way.

Offensive player of the game

Senior forward Johnathan Williams finished with 14 points and 12 boards, six offensive, for his sixth double-double of the season. Williams made 6 of 12 shots and added a pair of assists.

Defensive player of the game

Senior guard Silas Melson defended point guard Isaiah Wright for a good portion of the game and helped limit Wright to 12 points on 4-of-16 shooting. Wright, who usually averages 5.5 assists, finished with just three.
