Somebody needs you: Bunk bed, kitchenware sought

From staff reports

The goal of Somebody Needs You is to match donors with the specific requests of needy Spokane residents.

The list of requests is coordinated by the Volunteers of America in cooperation with recognized social service agencies in Spokane. If you have an item to donate, please contact the social service agency directly. Donors who can deliver items are especially appreciated. If someone you know needs help, contact a local social service agency provider.

A formerly homeless family is in need of a bunk bed. Contact Kim Kotlan from ECEAP at (509) 241-5740.

The residents of Marilee Apartments, 217 E. Second Ave., which is public housing, seek kitchenware for their weekly shared community meals. Items requested are a stock pot, an extra-large frying pan, cookie sheets of any size and casserole dishware. Contact Rayan Orbom of PSH Volunteers of America at (509) 328-4685.
