Woman hijacks car, pushes passenger out, flees with victim’s dog and crashes on I-90

Spokane police officers arrested a woman Friday after she allegedly hijacked an idling car, pushed a passenger out and drove off with a dog in the car. The suspect crashed on Interstate 90 near the Altamont exit, but no one was injured.
