Police Seek Suspect In Restaurant Robbery

Police are searching for a man who robbed a Taco John’s at gunpoint Sunday afternoon.

The suspect is described as a white man, between 5-foot-2-inches and 5-foot-6-inches tall. He’s 30 to 35 and has light brown hair.

He entered the restaurant, at 1002 E. Wellesley, at 2:50 p.m., displayed a gun and demanded that money be put in a bag, police said.

The man then fled on foot.
