For a change of pace, try some of the sugar-frosted bunny cookies from Hans’ Bakery in the Spokane Valley (pictured here). If chocolate is essential, the bakery also makes small sponge cakes covered in chocolate ganache, with rabbit decorations.

Or, if you’ve got the money, bunny, go all the way with a hand-carved box of solid white chocolate, decorated with sugar roses, with cream chocolate candies nestled inside — available by special order for a mere $125.
