Seattle Soda

Add Spokesman-Review on Google

Frezza is just your typical Italian cream soda — except that it’s made in Seattle, and doesn’t contain any actual cream.

The fruity refresher, which comes in orange, raspberry, peach and key lime flavors, is a fat-free, nondairy knockoff of the rich, hand-mixed sodas sold at espresso bars.

As bottled Italian sodas go, you could call it the cream of the crop.

Price: Around 90 cents for a 20-ounce bottle (or $3 by the four-pack).

Available: At various area Yoke’s supermarkets, and in Spokane at URM Cash & Carry, David’s Pizza (both locations), Sonnenberg’s Market and HiCo Village (East Sprague and Newport Highway).
