You’ve probably heard of minute rice. Now, how about minute potatoes?

MinuteBaker, from T&M Potato of Rigby, Idaho, is a refrigerated, fully cooked potato that reheats in a microwave in about two minutes. The deli pack comes complete with butter, salt, pepper, cheese and your choice of topping (from ranch dressing to sour cream to salsa).

Oh, and there’s also a fork — so you can make fast work of your potato once it’s done.
